Hello My Name is Shaina Ruiz aka Nina, and I am an animal lover. Most people call me the animal whisperer, especially since I've taken care of dogs my whole life. I have a gifted way of communication with them. It brings me joy. I personally own 2 dogs and 2 cats, so I have no allergies to any animals. I provide:

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-This business is just getting started so my process is fairly simple. I will give you consent forms for social media posts, and registration for your pets so we can become a family.
-I will personally come meet and greet the pets and owner, develope that personal relationship. The goal is to trust me with your fur babies!!
-I will provide pictures and updates with the owner, every visit or for overnight every couple hours if needed be. I understand the stress of wanting your pets to be well taken care of and that is my specialty.
-I provide treats, and I tend to make them LOVE ME. So expect that ☺️. There is no worries when your FurBabySitter is around 🐶💘🐱
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained and raised animals my entire life. I provide minor grooming for pets as well, I tend to groom my own. I have tons of patience for this line of duty, and most importantly I take it seriously because pets are considered family to me. I truly care about animals from the bottom of my heart.
