What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet in person at job site .The client had a chance to review my sites and Facebook page .I am also on Houzz and I won an award for service a couple years ago.They can also see reviews .I interview the potential customer,about range of job,budget and personal tastes and assess the work to be done .
I take photos and eventual measurements .From there,if the client wants a detailed e file about job to be done,including photos,colors material, I charge $ 250 deductible from total amount if retained .I can also provide 3 D professional renderings
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's in art history (ULB ).Interior design degree(Sheffield school) . 20 years experience in residential and commercial .10 years in business under this corporation name.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You need to find somebody who is honest,trained and has tastes similar to yours .You need to look for quality,good mid range price,not the cheapest,it won't last .Somebody who can show has been in business a while .Get written estimates.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are you trying to achieve:selling or renting ,upgrading , fixing obsolescence,repairing ,just tired of existing decor and want a change ?
Maintaining real estate value is important ,no over or under improvement .
What do you really like, and I am not talking about fashion but style ,colors, life style, pieces you want to keep because they have sentimental value(important)
