What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important for us to understand our customer’s needs, financial situation and long term investment goals. We like to schedule a first meeting via phone to undertand our customer’s needs. If, possible, we then schedule a one-to-one meeting. We asses the property and management needs and provide a proposal for our customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly attending educational events for industry specific topics. We hold regular meeting with our accountants and strive to stay at the forefront with technology.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, we have standard pricing for individual residential units and flexible pricing for bigger commercial and mutli-family residential properties.
