About this pro

Did you know that 88% of staged properties sell AT or ABOVE listing price? Also, they also only take an average of 11 days to sell!

Realtor and Home Stager, you get 2 professionals for the price of one!

For my real estate clients I offer complimentary home staging whether you are buying or selling a property, that is more than $6000 in services provided by me. No other realtor invests this much money in their clients!

If you need an accredited home stager who knows how to move houses, or simply need help figuring out the decor on your new space, I can tailor a budget to meet your goals.

I really enjoy the process, being as a realtor or as home stager, the whole process is in my veins,  I live and breath the negotiations, and the birth of a project.

From the research necessary to change an environment making it functional and pleasant, to negotiating prices, always catering to my client's needs.

As an accredited home stager, I see my work results in dollar signs, my home staging work brings in more money for my real estate sellers, and there is nothing more gratifying than seeing my client getting more money out of their property than ever imagined.

She did a wonderful job getting us our new home and even helped us with the decor and upgrades! She is the real deal!

She worked within our budget and even saved us some money! Fast and reliable services! I recommend Ana from Stage & Sell Properties.

Ana is smart and she was able to repurpose few items that we had no idea what to do with. At the end we ended up spending less overall than we would have if we had done it by ourselves. I recommend.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a phone conversation, I schedule a visit to the place, which can take from 1 to 2 hours.

On the next few days, I will send my agreement fee contract and the job description.

Within a week or 2, I will have 2 mockups in 3D to tour. At this time we will sit and watch the videos of your new room, and from that, we will start to make the material selection.

Depending on the size of the project and your available time, from start to end it might take 2 or more weeks.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor in Communication

Home Staging certified real estate agent

3D interior design software certification

How did you get started in this business?

The interior design started at a very young age when I started to redecorate my parents home, which brought requests from family members.

Over the years I did some interior design as a side business complementing my real estate career, but recently, by seeing the real need in this industry, I got my certification as Home Stager, so I can help sellers get more money for their properties and help them along the way.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners selling their properties, empty nesters, people that are job relocating, new homeowners, newlywed, expats, family expansion, etc..

Also, worked with people that have a hard time seeing the hidden potential behind fixer uppers or properties that need some TLC.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Helping a client buy a property for $250,000 less than his budget, allowing his family to get their dream home after spending about $70,000 in remodeling. That was a $280,000 immediate equity in their pocket!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Home Staging or Interior Design, the most important aspect when hiring a professional is making sure they have liability insurance and are easy to reach.

In my opinion, it is more important to work with someone that dedicates themselves to one client at a time, than working with the hired professionals' assistant.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Price, timeline, expectations, and pictures of recent jobs.

When people are clear about what they are offering and how much it will cost, everybody wins.
