What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet with them to go over all the details of what they need, what they like and what they dream to have.... I love to make their spaces beautiful and functional, I understand every remodel is an investment and I like to have customers that enjoy their spaces and are satisfied with their investment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Interior Designer with Architecture background, my team consist of engineers, architects, general contractor, plumbers, electrician, tile installers, wall finishers, painters, cabinet makers and carpenters all licensed and insured. We have over 30 years of experience national and international
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have to assess the job in order to provide an estimate , every project is different, there are many options of finishes to choose from, that will impact the price
How did you get started in this business?
I finished my education in Los Angeles, CA, after that I open my company in Guayaquil, Ecuador and then I moved to Miami, where I worked in very interesting projects such as Miami and Ft Lauderdale airports remodeling, the Fontainebleau Resort remodeling, many high and medium budget residences
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with Retail Design, Office Design, Home Theatres, and right now we are concentrating more in Residential Design

This pandemia had made everyone realized the importance to have a nice home to stay in, to enjoy and we are happy to help everyone to do so
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Set yourself a tentative budget, that saves time...and don't wait until the last minute to start your project, when we have more time we can help you more to find materials with better prices, to work regular schedules, not overtime.... go to Houzz.com (you'll find me there too) and get ideas, start a board of ideas that you like in Pinterest, you can share this with me later and I will be able to figure out your style and apply it to your project
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Check their portfolio, their website, their recommendations, how long had they being in business, their certificates , Insurance, etc.
