It's not a job. It's a lifestyle. It's also very technical. Yes anyone can do it, but the proper operates will wow you. DOT legal 100%. There's a lot of knowledge involved. I will transport your vehicle and not cause any secondary damage. The best part of the job is all the conversations I have with my customers. A lot of my customers were under a lot of stress, and I learned to help them see the bigger picture and realise that their car breaking down wasn’t the end of the world, and usually it was just bad timing, or the last in a list of stressful things that had happened to them.

Most tow companies charge between $50 to $125 for a five or ten mile local tow, or a $75 hook-up fee and $2 to $4 per mile for long-distance towing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls. There is nothing more frustrating than work with a driver that you can’t ever seem to reach. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process.
