What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact customers to speak to them, build a rapport, and learn more about what they would like to do with us. If we are able to properly assist there needs then we offer a FREE in-home consultation where one of our trained professionals can stop by to measure, and sit down with client to provide estimate with detailed specifications.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prestige Windows & Doors is a family owned & operated company founded in 1995. Since then we have been involved a residential/commercial both remodel and new construction projects.
We have trained professionals for all departments of our company from the sale of the project to the final walkthrough all our employees have years of experience in the field and are able to recognize and meet the needs of our clients.

All of the projects are built to order we do not offer stock pricing.
That does not mean that we will have exorbitant pricing either, we are overall a very competitive brand with a great detailed customer service.
How did you get started in this business?
We have been involved in the window industry since the 80's as I previously worked as a service manager, then installs manager for over 18 years before deciding to open a company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers from different backgrounds and areas of south florida. We have worked with commercial construction such as hotels, hospitals, and retail spaces. We have also worked with new home constructions from estates, single-family homes, condos and duplexes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you think it is expensive to hire a professional, wait until you hire an amateur.
