I ask for full scope w/basic info on the proposed work to be sent by email for a prelim review to speed up the process.

To analize and to compare wisely, very important to check records & references.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Very important is to have a defined goal and a precise Project.
We can give them our input on that, but it's important that the client is clear on his Project.
