No one knows the area better.  I am a top negotiator with extensive community expertise, innovative marketing strategies, and a staff in place to handle every step of the transaction.  Our listing agreement expires every 30 days with an automatic renewal.  This allows you to cancel the listing, as long as it is not under contract,  without penalty if you are not satisfied for any reason.  While my commission rate is negotiable, I only charge a 3% total commission if I represent the buyer who purchases your home. I offer assistance in staging the home to sell. If your home is vacant, we also offer virtual staging. I employ a full time marketing strategist who is dedicated to getting your home sold in the least amount of time for the highest possible price.
