How did you get started in this business?
I have been buying and selling real estate since I was 25! As Real Estate was a passion I made it my second career when I moved to FL about 20 years ago.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Buyer, sellers and investors. Working with a client is like a marriage. We turn our clients into lifelong relationships.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure your Realtor is experienced and LISTENS to YOU! A Realtor works for you to achieve YOUR goals, not theirs! A good real estate pro will tell it like it is, give you advice and then LISTEN to your concerns and ideas.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Location, price, size and style. Our job is not to show you dozens of homes. Our job is to show you homes that fit your profile. As we get to know our clients we narrow the search to show you what you may like, not waste time on homes you would not be interested in. Its a process. The more you can, or with our help, narrow you parameters the better we can zero in on that special home for you!
