What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with my clients and explain step by step the process whether it is buying or selling a home. I like to education my clients on how the process works and what to expect so there are no suprises in the process. I am very easy to get a hold of and make sure to keep my clients informed. Communication is a vital role in real estate. I want to make sure my clients are comfortable through out and make it as smoothe as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for education and I was in the United State Coast Guard. I incorporate both trainings in my services that I provide to my clients.
How did you get started in this business?
I always knew I would get into real estate at a young age. I loved looking at houses and going to open houses. I was just fascinated with it. I went to college for Education but did not like how things were in the education field. I decided to go for my real estate licenses. Once I took my first client out, I knew right then and there that this was my niche and wanted to pursue it as a full time career vs part time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with first time home buyers , veterans , relocation , and second homes. I work primarliy with residential homes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to interview several agents before deciding to work with one. I also recommend to shop for lenders or use the preferred lender of the agents choice as they have established a relationship with that lender and will be in constant communication with that lender to make sure the process is smoothe as possible. It is important that the lender and the agent are in communication through the transaction.
