About
I know that buying and selling a home is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. In the last 6 years as Realtor I have worked with First Time Homeowners, Investors, Second Homes, Sellers, and Commercial properties. I answer my phone 7 days a week and respond to emails and text messages promptly. I go beyond what is expected of a Realtor, to deliver an outstanding and satisfying real estate experience for my buyers and sellers.
Growing up in St Petersburg, I have extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay area. I was raised in Pinellas Park and have called Largo, Clearwater, Kenneth City and St Petersburg my home before purchasing a home in the Jungle Terrace/ Jungle Prada area.
IF you are looking for MORE than a Realtor, someone who will dedicate their time, attention, and hard work for what is 1 of the most important decision of your life, I am that person! See what my previous clients have had to say about their experience with me.

To ensure they understand the entire process of buying or selling a home. I go through each step with them and personally handle every asspect of the transaction from start to finish.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no fee when working with buyers, typically the sellers pay the Real Estate Advisors at closing. When I work with listing and selling a home, I charge standard Real Esate commissions.
How did you get started in this business?
Growing up in Pinellas County, my family has owned 6 homes all over the area. We would always go with them to renovate the houses and get them ready to sell. I worked on the back end of Real Estate for years either in Insurance or in protecting you home by working at a Pest Control Company. In 2014, I decided I wanted to be on the front end of homes and enrolled in classes to get my Real Estate License. When you love what you do, it is not a Job. I enjoy every aspect of Real Estate and love to be apart of the process in helping families sell or buy their homes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
First time Home Buyers, Investors, Relocation, 2nd home owners, sellers. I assist in helping Renters find a place throught either a rental company or sending them homes for rent and giving them the correct contact information.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helping a First Time Home Buyer find their perfect place and close the day before Christmas this year
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the agent knows the area. This is one of the most important life changing decisions you can make, either buying your first home or selling a home. A lot of times you may hire someone that does not handle the entire process of the transaction from start to finish, you may end up with 3 to 4 different people during the time frame. Hire someone who is hands on, someone who will market your home in every avenue possible. People look on the internet now more than ever, a strong internet presence is import when it comes to selling or buying a home. The home also needs to have professional pictures taken if you are selling. I can not tell you how many times homes get missed because the pictures are not up to par, so qualified buyers will pass up seeing the home in person.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When it comes to buying a home, I find that a lot of people are not aware of all the fees that come with purchasing a property. Look for an agent that is analytical. Always ask questions. The only dumb question you can ask, is not asking it at all. We are here to help you understand the ins and outs of buying and selling a home. I have always had the philosophy that the more questions you ask, the more you will know. Knowledge is power.
