About
Custom Made Countertops for Kitchens and Batrooms. These are hand painted and then sealed with a marine grade resin.
Many times I can paint right over your existing counters and saves you a lot of money in the end.
However, if you need all new countertops I hand make them using my special handcrafted method.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I setup an interview with the client in their home to get a good idea of what they need in the way of countertops. We discuss colors and patterns they are interested in. In some cases I can produce a sample of my work for free or for a small fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in remodeling homes all my life. I now focus on countertops.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Typically, I have the customer go to Home Depot or Lowes for an estimate on the countertops they are interested in. I will then usually quote based on this estimate. I can often times save the customer as much as 1/2 of the cost of the estimate from these discount centers.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been doing this kind of work for myself and friends for a number of years and have decided to focus on this area of my experise.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work mostly with home owners. I have worked up some special pricing clients who have apartment buildings as well. However, I prefer to work with homeowners and people who are interested in flippping their home for a profit.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently provided countertops and cabinets to a woman who completely ripped out a kitchen and removed a wall for an open concept look. I completely redid the kitchen including custom crafted oak cabinets and countertops. I normally do not get involved in cabinetry, but I made an exception in this case.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advise is to make sure whoever you work with can provide solid references of their work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They need to consider their time frame, colors and craftsmanship involved in selecting their countertops.
Also, they should be aware of salespeople trying to sell and oversell then on what they are looking for. I am not a salesman, I am a craftsman who will provide a solid product for a fair price within a reasonable amount of time.
My countertops provide you with a WOW factor you can't get from anyone else for a very reaonable charge.
