What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide in person, free no obligation estimates for each project. I show up ready to listen to exactly what the customer wants. I suggest the best course of action and involve customer in every step of the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated one year course in Electrical Construction and have four years experience in residential electric.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not take your chances with a handyman. Hire a professional who is not going to forget to put wire nuts on your ceiling fan installation, have open splices running through your attic, or wire a circuit directly to the main lugs of your panel. I've seen it all.
