About
We are a Best of Florida winner for 2022, 2023, and 2024. We were also a nominee for thr Tampa Bay Times Best of the Best. Our shop is crate free. We use all natural products to achieve the best results for you and your pet. We are a boutique style groomer. It is just us and your pet in the shop. We do not overlap appointments or house multiple pets...unless they are from the same household. We do our best to create a quiet, comfortable environment for your pet. We take our time with the pet to make their time with us as stress free as possible. A full service includes a gentle massage during bath time, paw pad treatment, tear stain treatment, ear cleanse, thorough conditioning, anal glands, nails, hair cut, cologne and I brush their teeth. With 25 years of experience, there isn't much we have not encountered.
We groom for the love of the pet. Grooming is a relaxation for us like cooking is to others. We enjoy the company of the pet, making the pet look and feel good, as well as the joy in the owner when they see their pet fresh, clean, happy and smelling good!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin the process by having a conversation with the pet owner to obtain as much information as I can about their pet. It is important to know the pet's behavior, their likes, there dislikes and overall personality. It is imperative to create the best possible environment tailored to the pet, in order to keep them comfortable. Grooming can be very stressful for a pet, therefore, I strive to make the pet's experience enjoyable instead of fearful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training in grooming pets began in 1992. Grooming is an ever evolving field, making continuous education vital in order to remain current, provide the best service, safety, make use of the best products and overall experience for the pet.

How did you get started in this business?
I started in this business assisting a professional groomer. I am an avid animal lover and just wanted to work with animals as much as I could. It fills my heart to see an animal look and feel their best. They deserve to be pampered as much as possible. Dog grooming led me into breeding. I bred Pomeranians for over 20 years. I was blessed with a bloodline that had a natural ability to provide service for people with diabetes, cancer, heart issues and PTSD. I am no longer breeding, but I continue to groom for the love of animals. I had 18 of my own and they are all Pomeranian. It is easy to say they are my specialty!
