Our in house Title Agent, can read all of our clients title commitments to safeguard against unwanted exceptions to your title policy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to have an indepth conversation about the reason they want to purchase, and also take a look at the financial aspect of what they are trying to accomplish. For our team, its not just another transaction, its a way to help those with a desire, dream or mission, to have the best possible outcome.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our only fee to our buyers is a Transaction Fee paid at closing of $395.
Our sellers, it is determined by the listing agreement we negotiate.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out as a Mortgage Broker. I loved that part of the business, it really did teach me a lot about people and problem solving.
I got my first real estate license back in 2000, where I traveled for different builders under my dual licensing. That experience taught me the value of listening to people, to families looking for the "American Dream".
Every client has made my team and myself strive for excellence.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our Firm deals with many investors, as well as first time home buyers, our retirees looking to downsize, or find a second home. We deal with just about every client that has a desire to own a home, that includes our foreign nationals.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had the opportunity to help out a new investor find the homes that would maximize his rental portfolio. A single parent looking to invest for their kids future, is one that made me realize just how important knowledge, and experience is to those looking for their financial stability.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
They get the priviledge to work with myself and my team. Having 2 Realtors work for them. I encourage a call to see if we are the right fit, no obligations. I promise, that we wont dissapoint.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I believe this can be achieved through an indepth conversation to see the "Why" behind their choice to purchase a property. Once we achieve the "Why", we can put a plan of action as to "How" and "When".
