Once we picked our new home and decided to make an offer, Charlie explained everything to us and then ensured the process went smoothly. He was absolutely amazing about answering all of my first time home buyer questions. I believe if we would have used anyone other than Charlie, the entire process would have been a lot more stressful and confusing. As promised, we closed exactly when we wanted and everything went great. Charlie continues to check in with us and make sure we are happy. Through the entire process, I truly believe Charlie cared about my husband and I and wanted us to find the perfect home. I highly recommend using Charlie as your realtor. Charlie is an agent who honestly goes the extra mile for you. My family was in a time crunch and we were in town for only one week to find a rental. Charlie showed us several houses but none felt like home. We returned to our hotel room and my wife started home searching again. Around 7:30pm she found a home she liked and by 8:30pm Charlie had us viewing it. Talk about late night service.

Charlie is awesome knows the area and near by cities to suggest restaurants and places to visit. Even if your out of town he is willing to walk through the property for you via Skype which I thought was awesome. He really took the edge off a stressful process. This link would have the full MLS data, tons of photos, and all kinds of great information that helped my buying decision. I could literally find a house with an app like Zillow, email it to charlie, and at the end of the day he would take all my emails and compile them into 1 link to compare them all.

During the selling season, my house had been on the market for over 70 days without a single showing. After doing some research using Zillows agent finder tool, I found Charlie. I called him on a Saturday and he was more than happy to meet with me that evening. After answering all of my questions, I decided to sign with him and Im so glad that I did. He listed my house on a Monday, and we had a contract on it by that Wednesday. I was in disbelief. After 3 showing requests and 2 actual showings, we received an offer. With a little negotiation, he got the offer up to almost full price. The buyer was solid, and we made it to closing. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to definitely sell their home. This is the 2nd house that I have sold, and is by far the best experience that I have had.
