Gaining an understanding as to how they would like their fur baby to be groomed, and taking notes on the parents as well as their fur-baby in order to make the next visit even more enjoyable.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started with my love for animals and dogs especially. I own 2 very spolied Shih Tzu's and when getting them groomed i had a plan to open my own business and provide an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
