What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free evaluation to determine what type of training is needed. We offer Group classes from Puppy classes to Advanced. We offer several levels of Board & Trains, Day training, Private lessons and competition style obedience. Boarding and daycare!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 37 years in training people to train their dogs! I competed in AKC Obedience. My dogs have been consistently high scoring rankings.

How did you get started in this business?
I took group classes with my dog and they convinced me to enter into AKC show and compete in obedience and I was hooked!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer base is anyone who wants to develop a better bond with their dog.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Couple times a year we take in a dog for our service dog program, train and condition and place with a veteran with a disability. Then they come back for group classes whenever they need help.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We can all be certified dog trainers through several different organizations. Be careful on their experiences because you can pay $300 for an online dog training certification with no experience. I am a certified dog trainer with 37 years experience with all breeds, all sizes, all problems!

Experience, how many years in the business
