Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do free in home consultations. We can customize a program that suits your family, to create better communication between you and your dog. I like to see the dog in its own environment, how it is behaving, interacts with its people. This lets me see where to start training what works and what doesn't based on the the desires of all involved. I train people to train and communicate with the dog.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Trainer and Behaviorist in Canine Studies. I have been training and working with dogs for over 30 years. I use the least amount of conflict necessary to communicate desired behavior. From jumping, lunging, bitting, dog reactivities. If I can't help you, I do know who can.
