What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Just like every house is different... every Client is different, too ! I ask a lot of questions and I listen to the needs and motivation, as well. I know which deal to put on the table and I will keep the deal alive and close it successfully. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

12+ years of Hotel Mangement and Property Management. Before I started Real Estate back in 2009. Combined with Real Estate comes to over 25 years of housing expertise.

Broker status in 2014. I relocated to South Florida in 2017. I resumed Property Management and got my FL License in 2019. 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing depends on marketing and advertising strategy. For instance.... some houses show well and professional photos and videos will surfice. Sometimes homes do not show well so a custom floor plan with drone shots highlighting location is better. If that does not work we can move to virtual staging to lend creativity to those in need.  


How did you get started in this business?

I have been in housing since gradauting 25+ years ago. I have done Hotel Management, Property Management and Real Estate. 


What types of customers have you worked with?

All types: First-time home buyers, luxury sellers, investors and commericial.
