What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions and see the full scope of the job and if I can go visit the customer to do a home inspection/ visual. In turn, that would give me an even better chance to give a more accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business administration and also I specialize in customer service.

3 men and truck : $135 per hour
4 men and truck : $145 per hour

How did you get started in this business?
I used to work for a Moving company and all the customers that I interacted with would tell me "why do you work for this company and you can do this on your own your such a good worker and good person". In 2014 I took my leap of faith and been on this journey ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've work with all types of customers, happy customers 😃, angry customer 😡, confuse customers 😳 and I understand that moving is not easy so it's my duty to make sure the work gets done the right way. I aim to please!!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a moving job that took me 5 days to finish. The customer was very exhausted but was very satisfied of the work I've done and the crew.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be make sure you look at the reviews of that pro because that is what really shows you how that pro is handling business.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The customer should look at the things that concern them and address it to the pro to see if it fit their budget or not.
