What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get from clients as much as possible about their wants.
Then we draw up preliminary sketches and go over with customer through refining sketches. This process is repeat until complete customer satisfaction
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am PE (Professional Engineer) in the state of Florida and NY.
i am also Licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida.

Since we build non-standard ea customer houses we do not have standard pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
Since my college days I enjoyed seeing fruits of my work. There is no better and faster way then building custom homes.
The satisfaction is doubled since not only I but my clients also feel that way.
