What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always check the property out online for permits, year built, ect. before letting the client know exactly what they need done in order to get insurance and find out if they want anything else so I can give them a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida license Home Inspector with over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been a builder for over 25 years and in 2011 I obtain my Home Inspectors License, I have performed over 3,000 Inspections.
What types of customers have you worked with?
New home buyers, Insurance Agencys and repeat customer.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Through a thorough full inspection I have found water leaks, fire damage, poor workmanship, electrical hazards, roof leaks, plumbing issues, air conditioning problems, the list goes on.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the inspector is Licensed and check for the years of experience.
