What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a call we first ask how we can help the customer. Once they have explained the problem or the project they want to do. We ask them some questions pertaining to their call and ask them if they have any questions. If our office staff is unable to answer an electrical question we immediately connect them with the Owner, Jack Sanzeri or our Service Manager, John Coates. Once all their questions are answered the customer is asked for a contact phone number, their address and email if a estimate or invoice is needed to be emailed. Our staff in the office creates a service ticket for the customer and schedules a time and date for the work to be performed. We also encourage our customers to leave a review on our website or on any of our social media pages. We strive to build a rapport with new clients through the power of superior customer service, while providing excellent service calls concluding in timely, professional results.Customer Service.
