What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our phases are strategic and consistent no matter how large the project.  If you would like to know more about the phasing of our projects and what deliverables you can expect please click here.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a Bachelor of Design and have been working in the South Florida Interior Design industry for the past twelve years. I have worked on a wide variety of commercial and residential spaces throughout the country and Latin America.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Our pricing is specific to the client and is based on the scope of work required.  We offer both hourly and fixed fees based on the client's preferences.

How did you get started in this business?

I started out as a Psychology major because I've always been intrigued by why people do the things they do.  I also had a strong drive to have a career in the creative industry.  The field of Interior Design melds these two passions together perfectly.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My background is primarily commercial but we have worked on a variety of residential projects from small scale condo renovations to large ground up construction of multiple floor residences.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

We have a client that fully trusts our judgement and allows us have full reign on the design decisions as long as they are within an established budget.  This type of client is truly rare and an honor to work for and we are collaborating with him on the design of this third residence.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would make sure the professional is nimble and accommodating.  It is important that they understand that it is a huge honor to be asked to take part in the design of someone's personal space.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

A defined budget and schedule is imperative to the success of a project.  It is important to share these expectations with your Interior Designer.  We have a questionnaire that helps clients work through their priorities of the project and helps us understand the specific requirements of their lifestyle.
