What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we visit them if possible, ask them questions and hear them out and explore the outdoor space. if a visit is not possible, we can always make the quote with the survey. then, we send a quote and make the negotiation with the client. after that, we make the pool plans, run the pool permit in the city and once it is approved we start the constuction process.
Overall, once the permits are aproved , it takes about 6-8 weeks to finish a new pool.
When it comes to a remodeling, we go to the clients house, take measures and recap all the information we need, we send a quote and after it is approved by the client, we start the remodeling. Overall, a remodeling takes about 2-4 weeks.
