What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free evaluation to determine which program is best for you, I will also bring my demo dog to demonstrate what the obedience will look like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been training dogs for 13 years I've been through the best training curriculum and worked with law enforcement.

How did you get started in this business?
As a young child I always loved animals so it was natural to become a dog trainer. I started out as an apprentice then eventually started training my own dogs to owning my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with clients of all kinds. From the stay at home mom to the office executive and law enforcement.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recent event I fond of is a client called me to say the vet can actually touch her dog coco, he would bite!! After a effective training curriculum coco can be handled now. She called to thank me I had to reminder her Barbara played a huge role aswel.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would as them there training credentials and to see a dog in training currently in there program. Make sure the trainer is dedicated to training you!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Owners should think where they want there dog to be in the future, obedience wise and start planning for that life style and how much time they actually have to put in repetitions for training.
