CCI Windows & Doors

CCI Windows & Doors, founded in 2010 and based in Palm Harbor, FL, provides replacement windows, doors, sliding glass doors, and sunrooms across the Tampa Bay and Sarasota areas. The company serves single-family homes, condos, manufactured homes, and high-rise residences, offering free quotes and professional installation by factory-trained installers. CCI supplies energy-efficient products from manufacturers including PGT, Custom Window Systems (CWS), Viwinco, Shwinco, and Therma-Tru. Its solutions are designed to enhance security and curb appeal, reduce exterior noise, and simplify cleaning, with potential eligibility for electric rebates up to $350. Upgrades can also help reduce energy costs by up to 40%.

Customers benefit from a price-match guarantee that beats a competitor’s written estimate by $100, a transferable lifetime warranty on products and installations, and available senior and military discounts. Beyond replacements, CCI specializes in sunroom design and construction, offers solar panel options, and provides emergency services. As a division of Cane Construction, Inc., the company operates under Florida State Certified General Contractor license CGC1518803. All permits and inspections are completed by The Bauen Group. Showroom hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
