What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to get to know my customers.
I explain the process to them so they know what to expect and I encourage them to ask questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor in the state of FL and I am in the process of obtaining my GRI Designation (105 hours) from the National Association of Realtors.
How did you get started in this business?
I was in the mortgage business for several years. Later I was doing marketing an accounting work for real estate companies and getting my own license was a logical step.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with first time home buyers, families relocating to Florida, couples retiring to Florida, Veteran buyers, FHA buyers, divorce situations, 2nd homes, buyers and sellers upsizing, buyers and sellers downsizing - you name it!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently helped a family from Alaska find the perfect home in their price range that had everything they were looking for.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research, read the Realtor's reviews all over the internet. Make sure they're a Realtor (not all real estate agents are Realtors - ask me what the difference is) and make sure they work for a company that has the technology to help you best.
