What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a meet and greet with the pawparents and the pup initially to ensure it is a good fit. If it is we will continue with paperwork and schedule the services desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dog Groomer Certified
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Boarding- $30 per night (1 Dog) $15 per additional dog
Daycare: $20 per day
Home Visits: $20 per visit
Grooming: Varies
How did you get started in this business?
I have always done pet sitting for family and neighbors, but in 2017 I tried to look for a good pet sitter and groomer and had the fear of knowing my dogs were well taken care of and not left in a crate or kennel. I decided to start my business for pet owners to know that their pets are left with family, they will have personalized care, and treated as if they were my own. (See our FB page for reviews)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ensure the people you leave your pups with are dog lovers and will treat them right and keep them safe.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of care are you providing? Will they be free or in a kennel/crate? How many times will they be taken outdoors?
