What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do consulation and any research that is necessary including taking soil samples for complete lab analysis. We then provide a proposal with dates of service and costs. If a design for any service is required we offer that as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeff has a BS in ornamental horticulture and landscape design with 30 years of experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Does the service provider have liability insurance that covers you for accidents or injury? Are the licensed and have a current FL license for pest control?
