I am a seasoned Real Estate professional. I have seen and worked through all market conditions. I have been selling Real Estate for the past 19 years. Prior to selling homes I worked as a mortgage broker for 4 years. These experiences have allowed me to help my clients even further due to knowing how to market and sell homes in all market conditions. The good, the bad, and the ugly!
I also have a very clear undestanding of mortgage programs and guidelines to help explain to clients what our best strategy would be for all types of loan scenarios. This helps on both the purchasing and selling ends.
I truly enjoy helping people find the dream homes. I also like to be able to help someone out of a distressed situation. I feel that I make a difference when helping someone with their largest asset.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically introduce myself over the phone and find out what the clients goals are for either the purchase or the sale of their home.
I then either go to their home to take a tour and discuss the marketing plan or meet up to go on showings at properties to purchase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a minor in marketing.
