I am a seasoned Real Estate professional. I have seen and worked through all market conditions. I have been selling Real Estate for the past 23 years. Prior to selling homes I worked as a mortgage broker for 4 years. These experiences have allowed me to help my clients even further due to knowing how to market and sell homes in all market conditions. The good, the bad, and the ugly!

I also have a very clear understanding of mortgage programs and guidelines to help explain to clients what our best strategy would be for all types of loan scenarios. This helps on both the purchasing and selling ends.

I truly enjoy helping people find the dream homes. I also like to be able to help someone out of a distressed situation. I feel that I make a difference when helping someone with their largest asset.

    I typically introduce myself over the phone and find out what the clients goals are for either the purchase or the sale of their home.

    I then either go to their home to take a tour and discuss the marketing plan or meet up to go on showings at properties to purchase.

    I have my Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a minor in marketing. 

    I must speak with the seller to find out about all of the improvements that have been made on the property. Next I will look at all of the closed sales in the community and put together a comparative market analysis for the seller. I will then tour the home and make comparisons to the recent sales in the neighborhood that are comparables to the seller's home. This way we can put together a price that will be competitive to the current homes for sale.
    I was previously in the mortgage industry. When the market fell apart in 2003, I decided to move into real estate sales.
    I have worked with all levels of sales from distressed properties to the luxury level. I enjoy helping all buyers and sellers at all levels and have the experience to help all kinds of buyers and sellers. I have done it all.
    I recently helped two siblings through a probate sale that was an emotional sale. I have been through it myself, therefore, I understood the bitter sweet moment that they went through to finally close out that chapter of their lives.
    Make sure that the person that you decide to work with is a full time real estate professional. Do they have an understanding of the current real estate market and can they explain it to you clearly. This way if you are a buyer or a seller, you will know where you stand for negotiations.
    This really depends on the client's specific wants and needs. If they are a seller, then they should take into consideration where they will be going when the home sells before speaking to a realtor. If they are a buyer, they need to speak with a lender prior to speaking with a Realtor if they are getting financing. If they have cash, then they can move more quickly.
