What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the new customer is a New Buyer or a Tenant, the basic process is to interview the customer to find out what are the specific needs, type of property, preferred location, budget, method of payment.
If the new customer is a Seller of a house or condo, then I will coordinate a meeting with the owner/seller to obtain the basic information of the property he or she want to sell. Then I will conduct a market comparable analysis of the property to determine a recommended price to market the property.
** Weather I am working with Buyer or Seller, during the process I like to provide to my customer useful educational tips about the real estate transaction so the client become knowledgeable and updated with the process and be satisfied with the end result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
πI have a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Computer & Information Systems; and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Investment from King's College, Pennsylvania.
πI am a License Real Estate Broker with the Miami Association of Realtors.
