Scheduling is easy and we are very flexible. Schedule changes and last-minute requests are no problem.
We do not add on multiple extra charges for additional pets, medications, weekend fees, or cancellation fees as do many others.
We can be relied on to provide the absolute best care for your pets because we truly love them like you do!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive information on the service needed and the pet we assign the sitter who would be best suited to the client's needs. The sitter calls the client to arrange a free consultation between them, the sitter and one of our two owners. Once everything has been discussed and the client is comfortable the service is scheduled.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Can my pets and I meet the sitter prior to scheduling to ensure compatibility?
Will I have the same sitter for all future bookings so that my pets will feel comfortable and develop a fulfilling relationship?
Do you provide a back-up sitter in case my sitter has an emergency and cannot come?
Do you provide GPS tracking of walks?
Are your sitters trained, bonded, insured and background checked?
