Qualify, Qulify, Qualify. Are you buying or selling? What results are you after? What are your expectations- are they realistic? What are your expectations of a good Broker? Can we deliver? If so, You get my full commitment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Expertise in property valuation using the income approach. You won't end-up with an investment that's over-valued. Florida Real Estate Broker licensed since 1982. Also licensed as a Mortgage Broker for over 15-years. So, much knowledge and experience with lending programs, both residential and commercial, conventional and non-conventional, custom programs.
How did you get started in this business?
I took a job as a computer systems designer during summer break in college. Developed software for a prominent developer in Miami and discovered I had a great interest and talent for determining, displaying and understanding how the numbers work. That evolved into a long and successful Real Estate career.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone from first-time home buyers and investors to large institutional investment firms and REITs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I helped an older couple refinance their home and buy a 4-unit investment property that would not only pay their mortgage but also provide enough positive cash-flow to support a healthy lifestyle into retirement.
