What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very proud of the work I provide to my clients so after the initial contact with a new customer I explain in detail what to expect from my service and from the local market in regards to the customer's needs either for renting or buying. Then I proceed asking the customer questions about his/her needs and answer any possible questions or concerns. If customer is available for immediate showings I will schedule the ones fitting his/her particular criteria and if customer prefers we can meet in our office first so we get to know each other and establish a professional relationship one on one!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have accumulated an extensive knowledge of the real estate market through working in various positions of management and administration in the banking and real estate industries. I have worked in commercial lending, mortage, special assets and the sales and rentals of residential real estate.

How did you get started in this business?
I started in the real estaet business in 2006. Back then I worked for an investment company selling properties to latin american investors and I loved it!
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers are from all over the world. My travels around the world has giving me a special touch to learn dealing with people from different cultures and backgrounds. My clientele includes people from Asia, Europe and Latin America.
