What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When decorating a room, we will send a questionnaire to get a feel for your design style and then work with you in whichever way you're comfortable to get a finished space, from full service design to e-design. When refinishing a piece of furniture, we will discuss color options and price over the phone and then arrange pickup and delivery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working on designs for the last several years and refinishing furniture since 2018.
