What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A. Initial Free Phone Discovery Call
This consultation will serve to better understand the client’s design project to offer a design service that best meets their needs. We discuss budget, desired outcome, timeframe among other items. If this is an interior redesign or e-design consultation a follow-up questionnaire will be sent to gather lifestyle information from the client to create a design that will best fit their needs, desires, and lifestyle.
B. Scheduled Walk-Thru Consultation With Home OwnerDuring paid walk-thru consultation, the designer will assess important information about design like lighting, architecture, luxury style, return on investment, etc. Following the onsite walk-thru, the designer will complete either a staging or design proposal for the project.
C. Staging/Design Services Proposal, Contract A design service proposal will be produced that clearly outlines the deliverables, service, products, pre-work, etc. There are NO surprises.
D. The Installation/deliverables Date(s) set
