We have over 30 years of LOCAL experience in Pinellas County and South Tampa selling real estate. Our team attends multiple trainings each year to ensure we're offering our clients the highest level of service & market knowledge.

The Annual Art Hops Event at the Largo Public Library, the Annual Glitter Ball thrown by the St Pete Glitter Queens, and the Annual Golf Tournament for the Seminole Rotary Club. We love giving back to our community!


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

When interviewing a Realtor, ask them how many homes they've sold around YOUR area or County. Find out how many years of experience they have working NEAR YOU, and if you're listing a home for sale, ask them how big their advertising budget is before you agree to let them market your listing. Also find out how they'll market your home internationally since 1 out of 12 buyers in Tampa Bay is not from here!
