What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will deal with me as your primary contact, not handed from one person to another. I am available by phone at almost all times and offer the communication that you prefer. I will answer all questions completely to remove all confusion and ambiguity from the process. I will ask you a number of questions to get a clear idea of your goals and aspirations. This is a happy time where the process should be enjoyable. I ensure that happens.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of residential sales in new construction, resale properties, vacant land and rehabilitation of homes. I work with families, individuals and investors towards achieving their financial and familial goals.

How did you get started in this business?
From banking to construction, then mortgages and finally new home sales. I learned the basic skills before entering this field.

All types of people. Everyone is unique, so I take the time to hear about their unique needs and situation.

I enjoy every moment for what it is. I am blessed to have each day and the interactions with those I am fortunate enough to cross paths.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have a conversation and see if you get along. Were they attentive, understanding? Were you comfortable and felt a genuine sense of trust?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
No need to think through. Just discuss your situation and everything will be out in the open. Don't be afraid to share everything. Thr more open you are, the better the results.
