We have been providing inspections, lawn care and trash out services in the state of OH for banks on foreclosed homes over the past 10 years. We have received multiple awards from clients for quality, being on-time to our promised date, etc. We have recently opened a second location in our home town of Cape Coral, FL and wish to provide the same services in Lee, Collier, Charlotte and Sarasota counties. We are not only willing to complete services listed for banks but also extending our services to realtors, property management companies, auctioneers, estate sales, construction cleanup and for private individuals. We have our own equipment including a dump body truck to haul up to 25cu yrds of debris in one load. A walk behind brush cutter for high and/or thick lawn overgrowth. We are willing to work with strict time lines and will always go above and beyond to protect our client's privacy. We have just recently added home watch services and will be providing inspection reports, photos on client's homes that are away for any period of time due to multiple residencies, vacations, etc. We have applied to be accredited by the National Home Watch Association.
