Mark Oser, owner of Designs by Mark, Inc., is a graduate of Philadelphia University (formerly Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences) with a degree in interior design. In addition, Mark has studied at the Cheltenham Art Center to further his artistic abilities and education.

Working as an interior designer since 1989, Mark is an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). During his career, he has had the honor of winning various Design Excellence Awards, as well as being featured in Luxury Homes Magazine as the winner of the “Best of the Best,” for Home Theater and Lighting Design. Mark has also been a featured designer on HGTV.

Mark’s projects vary in size from a single room in a modest apartment to multi-million dollar estates. In some cases, the project is designed as a master plan to be carried out over several years as funds become available. Using a master plan insures that as each room is completed, it will eventually become part of a well-coordinated design for the whole home.

Mark team consists of a variety of painters, cabinet makers, stone masons, carpet installers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other craftsmen to perform the variety of work necessary to carry out his designs. Mark recognizes that their performance reflects directly on his reputation and takes pride in their work and his client’s satisfaction.
