What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have all our info from our client, we give them a rough estimate over the phone. Once on site we determine final price & then move forward without cleaning. Our team uses a color system to ensure no cross contamination is done. While also using Hepa Vac Backpacks using Hepa Filters.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the restoration business from 2012-Today. I started off as a entry level carpet cleaner while making my way up the chain thru continuous classes and growth to a General Manager. I learned not only the cleaning process, but as well with the office and internals. In between my restoration career I also went on to learn adjusting to better understand my job. This also assisted me in my career.
How did you get started in this business?
I opened Under The Sun ☀️ Cleaning Services with my child hood best friend & brother in July of 2021 after moving here in 2018 to the beautiful SWFL from Lafayette Louisiana. Our first day was November where he started us off to an amazing start with a client of his. In December of 2021 I lost my Business Partner & Brother due to a car accident...
Feburary 2022, I decided to start full time and continue what he & I invisioned for our company. Which was simple at best, let's give our clients an amazing service at such an amazing rate !!
