Im a master groomer with over 30 years exp. I treat each and every fur baby that I groom with love and patience, I make it a wonderful experience. I use top of the line products. I dont nickel and dime my clients for the extras, its all included. Plus I offer pick up and delivery for your convience. You never have to guess whats going on at the groomers or how your baby is being treated, I wil text you when your dog is ready to be groomed and you can log on to a site Ill give you a code and you can watch me groom your baby.
I grew up in a family where I was taught at a very young age to respect and love animals. My passion for pets runs deeper that just the grooming room, I volunteer on rescue organizations when theres a disasters, I also groom at various humane societys and for the homeless people who have dogs. The joy I see in pets after i groom them is undeniable a wonderful feeling. If someone says there dogs dont like the groomer, that tells me there first experience with another groomer wasnt a good experience, I will make sure to turn that around, and 100% of the time my customers cant believe the dogs reactions wit me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet the customer for the first time, I like to sit and get to know the dog, and look over the dog for anything that stands out that needs attention , also talk to customer about there wants and needs for there dog. Then I explain the process of grooming and show them the salon, answer any questions, then after the groom I discuss anything I think needs attention.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a top notch grooming academy over 30 yrs ago. Ive kept on my education and new techniques through seminars and expos.
