What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New dogs and their people come over for a get acquainted meeting so that families can see our set up and make sure it is what they want for their dogs and we can evaluate the dogs to make sure they will fit in with our situation. It also allows the dog to becom somewhat familiar with the place so that when they are actually dropped off there is less separation anxiety.
