What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process usually consists of a preliminary meeting at the client's job site in order to discuss all the needs and to be introduced to the project.
after this very important first meeting, a second meeting is scheduled in order to present to the client the new designs and ideas we could create. This presentation usually contains 2D and 3D drawings or sketches , images and materials to showcase the new designs and transformation.
I would like to add that these steps so far are free to the client, should the client wish to move forward, this would be the point of start.
