What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out to the location of service and an assessment will be performed. At this point a price will be given to fix or replace. If costumers wants to wait, then it is a $59 service charge. If customer wants to start work, the the service charge is waved and we start work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All service technicians go through Rigerous training, third party school training, and 3 years of shadowing before becoming a lead technician to insure quality on every job! That’s how suncoast remains to be a 5 star rated service company!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes there is a $59 service charge and it is waived if work is performed. If customer wants to go hourly, then our rates are $90 an hour.
How did you get started in this business?
Our grand father started the business in 1949 and our family shadowed him to become an elite service technician. We value the same military structure our company was founded by and we only practice cleans and safe work.

We do fundraisers every year for kids without homes. We even have a job placements that helps orphans to have a career and not left on the streets when they are 18.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the person coming to your house has a license and is insured or the homeowner can be liable for their injurys if hurt. This is why you should hire a licensed professional company and not a handy man.
