Cookies gives your animal the upmost dedicated care. Cookie is all about the well being of your pet. She knows whats its like leaving your pet at the vets office compared to just leaving your pet at home in their own environment and having Cookie care for your beloved pet while you are away. The difference in behavior is more comforting and rewarding. I also send daily photo and video updates to all my clients. I know whats its like leaving your furbaby behind, and how happy I feel when I see a picture of my pet while I am away. I want to give that feeling to all my clients.
Honestly, I love all my clients pets. They are like my own. Sometimes I will spend that extra 15 minutes with them. I look forward to seeing them and being able to give them the best care while the client is away.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a meet and greet first in the owners home, so that I can meet the clients pet with the owner there. This way the owner can show me any special routines the pet may have or where the food is located.
